50% of rental is REQUIRED to reserve your date and is non-refundable. Remaining balances are due 14 days prior to the event date. If the space is booked less than 14 days out, the entire balance is due. This also applies to décor packages. 

All payments received are NON-refundable. If the event needs to be reschedule, please inform us at least (2) weeks in advance.

Customers will gain access to the space at the reserved time selected and are expected to be out of the studio at the end time. If you need additional time, please add on additional hours at the time of booking. Ex. If you reserve 10AM-4PM, you will be granted access at 10AM and exit at 4PM.
